Who it suits
It suits a family or two couples sharing one two-bedroom apartment, particularly those who want a fireplace and the option of an outdoor jacuzzi. The caveat is that the four apartments differ: check that yours has the terrace jacuzzi, and remember the sauna is shared. If you travel with a dog, ask about the pet supplement, as its frequency is not stated.

Overview
Alpen Chalet Dorfwies in Kirchberg in Tirol
Pick the apartment before you pick the dates. Alpen Chalet Dorfwies is one building with four differently equipped apartments, named Rettenstein, Kitzbüheler Horn, Maierl and Sonnberg, in Kirchberg in Tirol. Each is listed with two bedrooms and room for up to six guests. Kitzbüheler Horn is listed at 103 m², the only floor area we found.
The owner says jacuzzis sit on three of the terraces, so not every apartment has one, and the Finnish sauna is a shared wellness area rather than a private one. A lift is listed in the building. Linen, towels and firewood are listed as included, and a cot and high chair are available. Check-in is from 14:00.
What sets it apart
Why Alpen Chalet Dorfwies stands out
Space, a fireplace and outdoor jacuzzis on selected terraces give the right apartment a more private character than a standard rental. Kitzbüheler Horn passes 100 m² at 103 m². Linen, towels and firewood are included, and a lift, cot and high chair help families. It stops short in two places: the sauna is shared across the house, and the jacuzzi is only on three terraces, so confirm your chosen apartment has one.
Wellness, kitchen and service
Wellness and service at Alpen Chalet Dorfwies
The Finnish sauna is a common wellness area, shared across the house, not private to one apartment. Jacuzzis are listed on three terraces, and the owner suggests selecting carefully, so ask which apartments have one. A fireplace and firewood are listed. Childcare is available on request, though conditions are not stated. We found no description of the kitchens.
The setting
Where Alpen Chalet Dorfwies sits in Kirchberg in Tirol
The apartments are in Kirchberg in Tirol, in the Kitzbühel and Kirchberg area. The sources list no distance to a lift, bus stop or village centre, and no summer details. Ski storage and a boot dryer are listed, and the building has a lift. If the walk to the slopes matters, ask the owner for the exact route.
