Overview
Das Heimsitz in Brixen im Thale
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms is the sum that matters at Das Heimsitz, so a group of eight will queue for a shower at some point. The owner lists the Superior Chalet at 109 m² across two floors, in Brixen im Thale in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area, sleeping four to eight.
Spa and fireplace are listed for the chalet itself: a private spa, a wood fireplace, and private ski and bike storage. Parking is a free carport space. Breakfast service is available on request, though what it includes is not established. The wifi is described as high speed, and you can switch it off if you would rather not have it.
What sets it apart
Why Das Heimsitz stands out
Das Heimsitz stands out for having its own spa, a wood fireplace and ski and bike storage inside one unit, with the Skiweltbahn listed 100 m away. We read that as less carrying and walking each day. It stops short of a bathroom per bedroom, so the floor area does not mean extra space for everyone. The shared wellness has its own terms for direct reservers, so do not assume it is included.
Wellness, kitchen and service
Wellness and service at Das Heimsitz
The owner lists a private spa, which we could not tie to specific equipment, so ask what it contains before reserving. There is a wood fireplace and private ski and bike storage. Breakfast is available on request, and its details are not established. A separate shared wellness area has its own terms for direct reservers.
The setting
Where Das Heimsitz sits in Brixen im Thale
The Skiweltbahn is listed 100 m away, within SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. An on-piste position is also listed, so ask what that means in practice. We found no distance to the village, station or airport. A free carport space comes with the chalet. Summer use and activities are not described, so ask what the area offers outside the ski season.
